‘I want the county to be more respectable to the environment’

Want to know about my life in Iredell County? The topic of this essay is Iredell through young eyes. Questions I will be ansering: What day-to-day activites and events make up my life? What defintes the area of where I live? What would I like the area where I live to look like 10 years from now, 50 years from now? Do I think what I want the county to be like and what the county will be like coincide?

Day-to-day activites in my life include: waking up getting ready for school and heading off. Coming home getting 60 minutes of exercise, doing homework, and if any time is left to just do whatever. Tuedsays and Friedays I have running club with my friends. I love having friend’s over to hang out so I won’t be bored. I also love to jump on my trampoline.

How I define Iredell. Hmmm … well Iredell has many town homes and a lot of businesses. It’s really sad to see all the trees being cut down just to put new buildings in. More and more new stores, schools, and businesses are being built even as we speak. I personally think that wherever these people choose to build companies, or schools or whatever to do it where there are no trees!

Iredell in 10 years. Well in 10 years I will be 22 and I would like to see people stop littering; it’s extremely bad for the environment. It would be neat if someone could invent a biodegradable item. Like a can because that is the main object to be randomly thrown. In 50 years I will be 62 and I would like to also see the environment to be better taken car of. Big cars are obviously big gas guzzlers and personally everyone should have small cars.

I want the county to be more respectable to the environment and to stop building so many new things, it’s killing our environment! I also want people to use cars only when necessary. I think Iredell will be more careful about what they buy and when they drive since gas prices are going up. I also think it will be more cause effective about the environment.

My answers to the questions may be different then yours but I be you want Iredell to be better later then it is now. So I hope this made you think more about what you do in the future.
