There are many advantages to living in the small area of Iredell County. The county has a little of everything without being an over-populated area. If there isn’t something available to you in Iredell County, you are in close proximity to places like Charlotte that have everything imaginable. Living in this long and narrow county gives you many advantages and options.

In Iredell there are many public and private schools to choose from. In most counties, there is only one high school to attend. But in Iredell County, there are six large public high schools with many private schools to choose from as well. There is also a wide range of religious schools, if that is what you are interested in. The Iredell Area has many different and diverse schools that you can go to.

The geography in the county’s surrounding areas make it an ideal place to live. Even though the county itself is in the Piedmont or Foothills, there is a lake in the county that allows you to go boating or fishing or whatever you like only a short distance away. To the left there are the Appalachian Mountains that is a great place to getaway. The beaches are only a short drive away as well, with remote beaches or bustling ones, depending on your preference. There are many geographical regions around Iredell County that you can visit, making the area very diverse and unique.

Iredell County has many positive advantages to living in it. The people are kind and welcoming, making it a very nice place to visit as well. I hop my few examples help explain to you why Iredell is such a great place to live.
