What are the biggest issues facing your constituency?
    * Bring Industry and Business the need of jobs with a incentive plan
    * Major comprehensive Downtown and 115 Corridor Revitalization Plan
    * Major Growth with detailed planning

Of those issues, which do you feel is the most important?
I feel that all these are important issues that face us, but if I had to chose one it would be, bringing industry and business to our city were jobs are needed.

What, if any, prior experience do you have that will help you if elected?
The experience, I bring is having been professionally trained in many areas of business as it relates to the city; zoning, planning, finance, budgeting, personnel, maintenance and housing. And with the major growth that we are facing, there is not much room for a learning process at this time in city or county government.

What is one particular thing you think the council is doing right?
In my opinion, I think council has done a great job with the resources that have been entrusted to them to manage, with the large amount of capital improvement projects that are paid for in a eight year period of time and we still have a nice size general fund and the tax rate is low.

What is one particular thing you think the council is doing wrong?
In my opinion, I think council has done wrong, would be term limits on council boards and commissions. I believe that certain boards should have certain qualifications that educationally should make the professional standards. Also there should be term limits that would enable all citizens to serve.
