Economic development incentives for businesses and workforce retraining

Created North Carolina jobs, teamed up and networked with business and political leaders from across the country. Conservative nature and deep understanding of fiscal responsibility.
What is one particular thing you think the current board is doing right?
Nothing really. Possibly, securing an adequate percent interest rate for its $113.7 million school bond (Certificates of Participation) sale.
What is one particular thing you think the current board is doing wrong?
It is apparent to me that our incumbent and fellow Republican county commissioners have no comprehensive view of the direction for Iredell County. This is about a new day in Iredell County, and this is about a new way of looking at things!
What specifically would you do if elected in response to the county’s growth?
Use zoning to influence positive economic development ensuring the creation of quality jobs and newfound revenue. Seek grants and additional sources of non-tax funds as a way to finance roads and community development.
