Mooresville Forum: Advance planning for growth

Round 3 question to mayor candidates: Given the continued investment in Mooresville by Lowe’s, their vendors, race teams, etc., there’s a sense that Mooresville waits for growth to happen before investing in infrastructure, schools, etc. Would you support changing the model from reacting to investing in growth in advance of traffic and additional students?
