GIRLS SOCCER: Statesville Christian 1, Gaston Day 0 (OT) Lions reach SPAA title gameFrom staff reports Ali Burgiss scored in the second 10-minute overtime period Friday night, lifting Statesville Christian to a 1-0 victory over Gaston Day in the South Piedmont Athletic Association tournament semifinals.
