Conquerors prevail in OT, finish tournament thirdSouthview Christian defeated Statesville Christian 29-27 in overtime of the Southview Christian Invitational consolation final on Saturday. The Conquerors (1-1) outscored the Lions 4-2 in overtime to prevail. Rhett Lippard paced Southview with 12 points. Devan Barlowe’s 12 points led Statesville Christian, which used a 9-3 scoring advantage in the fourth quarter to force overtime. Daniel Corwin chipped in with 10 points for the Lions. Bookmarkz |
