Cotter, Lake Norman roll in NPC golf matchFROM STAFF REPORTS Lake Norman’s Will Cotter earned first place individually by firing a 35. Joey Noone, the Wildcats’ No. 6 golfer, took second place with a 37 and Statesville’s John Lewis and Lake Norman’s Greg Simms each had a 38 to tie for third place. East Rowan was in second place with a score of 168, nearly 20 strokes behind the Wildcats. The Greyhounds took third place with 169, nipping fourth-place Mooresville (172).
