Devils blank Warriors for seventh straight winFROM STAFF REPORTS Beaver pitched a complete-game, one-hitter and the Blue Devils topped West Iredell 4-0. Beaver also struck out seven batters and walked two. Nathan Abraham smacked two doubles for Mooresville (11-2 overall, 6-2 NPC), and Aaron Meadows also added two hits. Brian Romito took the loss for West (3-9 overall, 0-7 NPC), allowing four runs and seven hits in seven innings while striking out three. Michael Gatton provided the Warriors’ only hit. Bookmarkz |
