Hounds in middle of the NPC packBy Brian Meadows Statesville’s boys golf team is fifth in the North Piedmont 3A golf standings after two conference matches. The Greyhounds finished fifth at the most recent NPC match at Rolling Hills Golf Club in Salisbury. John Lewis tied for ninth place in the individual standings. He fired a 4-over-par 40. Statesville returns to league play March 31, when the Greyhounds tee it up with the other nine NPC teams at The Club at Irish Creek in Kannapolis. Bookmarkz |
