Moose conducting a soccer clinic for area youthThe Justin Moose Professional Soccer Clinic will be held Dec. 3-4 at the Statesville Soccer Complex. Instructional sessions will be from 5 to 6:30 p.m. for boys and girls ages 9-12 and 6:45 to 8:15 p.m. for boys and girls ages 13-17. The cost is $75 per participant, and each will need their own soccer ball. Moose, who starred at Statesville High and Wake Forest University, plays for Major League Soccer’s D.C. United. As MLS’s offseason commences, Moose is back in his hometown to work with area youth in hopes of helping them improve their skills and knowledge of the game.
