Pirates claim fall baseball bootyAll of the riches on this most recent Mooresville Recreation Department’s Fall Baseball League ship wound up being collected by these members of the Pirates. The troop completed their ransacking of the circuit’s top prize courtesy of a 14-5 triumph in the title game earlier this month. It makes the squad a first, as it became the initial one to claim such a feat during the MRD’s first staging of fall league play. Backed by a dugout staff consisting of head coach Greg Syverson and assistants John Cassidy, Tanner Cassidy and Freddie Seeley, players responsible for such a festive feat include Dale Miller, Jared Syverson, Matt Grogan, Clint Seeley, Wil Corbett, Hunter Story, Blake Castle, Timmy Hardivick, Jacob Little, Jared James and Alex Marshall.
