There are plenty of suitors lining up for the services of Keyrra Gillespie.

Clemson, Florida and UNC Charlotte are the most notable at this juncture because they are the ones who have made official offers to the Statesville point guard.

Duke, Kansas and Wake Forest have also shown interest, among others, according to Statesville girls basketball coach Todd Jones.

Gillespie, a junior, can’t sign a national letter of intent until she is a senior. She has yet to give a verbal commitment, and isn’t rushing to a decision.

Asked this week where she thought she might end up, Gillespie said, “I’m not sure yet.”
