Providence Day fells SCSCHARLOTTE — Statesville Christian lost a nail-biter to one of the state’s top teams on Tuesday, falling to Providence Day 5-4. The Lions (5-2) went into doubles play tied 3-all, but lost two of the three doubles matches. Top seed Kayla Duncan won in both singles and doubles for SCS.
