Warriors denied first victoryFrom staff reports LANDIS — West Iredell came up just short of its first win Wednesday, falling to South Rowan 1-0. The Raiders’ Lauren Brown scored in the 44th minute to provide the game’s only tally. Amanda Goss stopped four shots to record the shutout.
