Warriors shut down Thomasville TitansThe Iredell Warriors got back on track Saturday. After losing their first game of the year last week, the Warriors (8-1) held Thomasville’s offense to 10 total yards in a 21-0 victory. Cam Simpson put Iredell on the scoreboard late in the first quarter on a 27-yard touchdown run. Moments later, Titans punter Darvel Gibson could not get the ball off in time while punting from the end zone. Travis Campbell jarred the ball loose and Leron Shipp fell on it for a touchdown and 14-0 lead. Eric Daniels finalized the scoring with 17 seconds remaining in the first half with a 3-yard score.
