Waugh’s offensive show propels Hounds past RaidersFROM STAFF REPORTS The sophomore netted a pair of goals in the first half as Statesville built a 3-0 halftime lead. Storm Mayberry and Fran Armistead picked up Statesville’s other goals. Mayberry also assisted twice. Goalkeeper Natalie Stein stopped 16 of the 17 shots she faced and the Greyhounds improved to 2-1-1 (2-1 North Piedmont 3A). Lauren Carter tallied North Iredell’s only goal. Bookmarkz |
